GASMARK to Participate in the UGI Utilities Gas Choice Program

Wyomissing, PA, March 19, 2007 - On March 15, 2007, GASMARK was approved to market natural gas supplies to all sizes of commercial users through the UGI Utility Gas Choice Program. Commercial users will be able to benefit from price certainty and potential savings from GASMARK’s fixed-term gas supply for one or more years.

GASMARK’s services were previously limited to large commercial and industrial customers. By participating in the Choice Program GASMARK will make its market-based supply and gas management services available to all types of commercial gas users. Users will be able to take advantage of market-based gas prices while still receiving all of the standard gas utility services from UGI Utilities.

GASMARK is the energy marketing subsidiary of UGI Corporation, supplying natural gas to commercial customers since 1985. Customers located on thirty-one different utility companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic States are able to purchase their gas supply at market-based prices through GASMARK.
